  • Optimized the "droplet on tape" (DOT) XFEL sample-delivery system; built a multi-valve syringe system for rapid multi-sample dispensing.

Research Project — LAMP Detection of E. coli

  • Developed a repeatable LAMP protocol to detect non-pathogenic E. coli on spinach in under 60 min (≈2400% faster than typical PCR) with ~$1.06 per sample.
